No, we can't. There is no M.2 slot on the motherboard of Optiplex 3020 Micro.
Can we install M.2 NVMe SSD onto 9020M? as the harddisk seller asked whether it is a M.2 SATA or M.2 NVMe. Checked with Dell but, very disappointing, they can't provide any information on this.

I dont think 9020M support M.2 NVMe SSD, because it looks like B key only.
